AMTA-OR is partnering with Sexual and Gender Minority Youth Resource Center (SMYRC) to bring this three hour CE course for massage therapists.

Bridge 13’s training is designed to address root causes of discrimination impacting the LGBTQ community and to create safer spaces for LGBTQ people of all ages. This session  examines the foundational ideas underlying categories of gender, illuminating the complexity of how gender works both in general and for trans people particularly. It provides an opportunity to address participants’ questions about identities and experiences through interactive activity and engagement.

*This course is open to all massage therapists and qualifies for Oregon’s 4-hour ethics & communication requirement for license renewal.
